We assist our clients with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as Caltrans and the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) guidelines. We understand the many different complex regulations and procedures that must be followed in gaining environmental clearance, and have successfully completed over 150 environmental documents and technical studies for infrastructure improvement projects in California.
The Cultural Resources Department works throughout California and has gained recent experience in Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Washington. We provide expertise in historic preservation, architectural history, history and historical archaeology, prehistoric archaeology, ethnography and Native American Consultation.
